​Jan. 2015 - MCBC records with Taylor gang's "Big Jerm"

B.C. is a man of many firsts! The first show he performed, was infront of 500 Penn state frat lifers. His first NYC gig, was with Legendary rapper, Slick Rick, at a sold out Knitting Factory. His first marquee? None other than the lengendary B.B. King Blues club in Time Square! As the emcee preps his first iTunes ready single, not only does he plan to use his first ever self-produced song... he also had the priviledge of recording the joint with Taylor Gang's (and Mac Miller's)recording engineer, Big Jerm.
MCBC took the upcoming single, "Jack Rob", over to Pittsburgh's grammy launching studio, ID Labs for that professional smooth mix they're known for. Having crafted the epic releases "Kush and Orange Juice" and "Blue Slide Park", the idea of having your first self-produced track recorded by these guys is serious business! The energy in the room was magical, and soon the world will hear the milestoned record first hand!
Oct. 7 MCBC & JXL open for DJ Quik's album release
It's a priviledge and an honor to open up for anyone's album release party... But when that "anyone" is legendary producer and artist, DJ Quik, well damn! MCBC and upcoming philly producer/dj JXL Beats set the evening up gaining respect from the older audience instantly with their classic organic perfomance. The transition from new school to oldschool was seemless as fans were refreshed with a new face to the often depressing hip hop scene. Maybe this comes to little surprise for supporters already in loop of the MCBC & JXL Beats action.
